·         Brainstorming
The team went through many brainstorming sessions before having the blog done. They were first assigned into different tasks according to their specialization.  Critical thinking was used in hypothesizing an excellent output. The team exchanged thoughts and opinions to enhance the conceptualized design of the blog.

·         Researching
The writers started to do research works through the use of books, internet and other resources.

·         Video Shooting
The members assigned in the field shoot videos which are the main highlight of the blog. The materials used are Video Cameras, tripod and Digital Cameras.

·         Interviews
The field ambassadors interviewed persons involved in the video shooting process.  They interviewed the people concerned in the places and food establishments included in the video blog. These people include the owner, manager, head, crews, customers and the citizens.

·         Demo Cooking
Some of the team members watched cooking sessions to widen their knowledge in cooking Kapampangan dishes. Kapampangans are well-known r their unique style of cooking that’s why demonstrating the cooking procedures are important.

·         Food Tasting
The essence of Kapampangan cuisine is inadequate without tasting it. This part is the relaxation ingredient of the team. There is none other than a “Manyaman Mangan Queni” in tasting Kapampangan dishes.

·         Picture Taking
The trip is useless without having some souvenir photos. Digital Cameras are used to take quality pictures. These pictures are shown in the Photo Gallery.

·         Editing
Videos are edited using Power Director V9.0, Corel Products and Adobe Products. The sounds used in the videos are edited using Adobe Products like SoundBooth. Pictures are edited using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Fireworks.


·         Animating
Animations are made to make the blog more interesting and not boring. The animators used Adobe Flash and Adobe Photoshop in the process.

·         Documentation
The writers wrote articles according to what they have seen and learned in the blog process. Documentation also includes the constructing of the bibliography and putting subtitles to the videos.

·         Dubbing
The videos are dubbed to add more information and to lessen the possibility of asking questions among the viewers.

·         Lay-outing
The website was lay-outed with disciplined hands and artwork.  The web designer constructed the blog using Blogger.

·         Uploading
The videos were uploaded in the internet using http://www.youtube.com./
